God has been so good to me

When I look at my life calmly, without the rush of the days and without the noise of the world, I understand something very simple: God has been so good to me. No because my way has been free of tears. No because never I've known pain. Nor because all my prayers they got an immediate yes. On the contrary. There were nights in which only God knew the weight that he carried in his heart. There were losses that they taught me to value life. There were good byes that broke my soul, but they also made me stronger. And yet... God has never let go of me. When I felt I could not do it anymore, He held my steps. When one door closed, He prepared another one that I still couldn't see. When I wept in silence, He turned my tears away in fortress. Today I understand that many times your answers they were not the ones I asked for, but the ones I needed. That's why I look back and i discover that with every fall brought a lesson. Every wait strengthened my faith. Every wound he brought me closer to His love. And still though there are dreams to fulfill and battles to face, my heart chooses live grateful. Because I have a life. I have hope. I have people that I love. And above all, I am certain that God He has stood by my side in the good days and in the most difficult. If I breathe today, yes i still have strength to begin anew, I already have a motive to give thanks to him. Because by looking at my story with the heart at peace, I understand that the greatest blessing has not been to have a perfect life, but walk every day from the hand of a God who never gave up on me. And then, with humility and a smile in the soul, can only say : "Thank you, God. You have been immensely good to me, much more than ever deserved or imagined " 🙏🤍 I liked it a lot ©️ D.R.
