RELATIONSHIP

She keeps fighting the voices in her head everyday that tell her she's not good enough.

She keeps fighting the voices in her head everyday that tell her she's not good enough.

The ones that whisper she is too much for some people and not enough for others.

The ones that remind her of every mistake she has ever made, every time she doubted herself, every moment she felt overlooked or forgotten. Some days those voices are louder than her own. They convince her that she has to prove her worth, that she has to work harder, love harder, give more, and still somehow apologize for taking up space. They make her question the beauty she carries, the strength she’s built, and the light she naturally gives to the people around her. What she doesn’t always realize is that those voices are lying.
She has survived things that should have broken her. She has carried pain with grace, disappointment with dignity, and still found a way to keep showing up. That kind of resilience doesn’t come from someone who isn’t enough. It comes from someone who is far stronger than she knows. The world has a way of making gentle hearts question themselves, but her softness is not weakness. Her sensitivity is not a flaw. Her heart, the very thing she sometimes thinks makes her vulnerable ...... is one of the most beautiful things about her.
And one day someone else will realize this. ~ Cody Bret
