To place my lips upon the prayer alter of the portal to creation.
To be kissed upon the lips by the goddess gift.
In the garden where night sways softly
on the breath of the wind. Found, glistening under silvered leaves,
the fruit of temptation, heavy and ripe.
A song of velvet dusk,
drew me close, whispering secrets
in a language my body understood. The forbidden fruit was the nectar of the divinity... You ask me why I kneel before her,
why I lower my mouth to the gate of her soul.
You have never tasted her,
so how could you understand? desire….
became the pulse of the earth beneath me,
the rhythm of stars that sighed in the dark. It is not flesh I seek,
but the orchard hidden within flesh.
the place where her breath grows heavy
and her body forgets the name it was given. It was not forsaking god's love but tasting of the goddesses gift that drove man into the wild. To drink from her is to lose the boundaries of my body.
To taste her is to believe in God.
And when she is undone,
when she pulls me to her mouth
and lets her flavor linger between our lips,
it is not lust anymore,
it is covenant. flickering flame in the heart of the abyss,
fueled by the taste of the forbidden,
the sweetness of a choice made
when the gods turned away. There is no sin here….only savioring salvation The ambrosia of Aphrodite The Eruption of Eros The fervor of Freya the fruit itself rooted
within my soul,
twining vines of longing around my heart.
The night watched, silent and knowing. Intoxicating and invigorating it imbues the soul to leave the body and dance in fields of Elysium.... There is no sweeter taste than these waters on the lips, becoming both the devourer and the devoured. in that fleeting moment,
I was infinite,
I was consumed. there is no better baptism than by the sweet nectar that flows from the springs of Eve I come to you stripped of all pride,
stripped of all that keeps me apart.
Every barrier between us
I lay upon the fire,
a sacrifice to the altar of your flesh. There is no temple holier than you,
no prayer more true than that which I lay at your feet and find there in this sensual sacrament. Now you know.
It is not her pleasure alone I seek,
but the holy ruin of becoming hers. To be invited into the garden of Eve and taste of the forbidden fruits... ~ Larson Langston
